HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Once your final design has been submitted and approved, we begin hand building each of your Video Boxes. Generally it takes an Average of 2.5 - 3 Weeks to have your Video Boxes physically in your hands and ready to go.
WHO LOADS THE VIDEOS?
We can load your videos for you during production and assembly, OR we can send you the Video Boxes empty and you can load them yourself (It’s just like loading a flash drive) it’s completely up to you.
HOW LONG CAN THE VIDEO BE?
Our Boxes come with 256MB of Internal Storage which is good for about 15 minutes of video unless compressed. The optimal Video Formats are MP4 files at 540P Resolution 
WHAT'S THE BATTERY LIFE?
If you were to open and continuously play the video, the box would last for about 1.5 hours. If you only opened it occasionally, it can last for months without needing to be recharged. (Yes, they are rechargeable).
CAN I CHANGE THE VIDEO?
Yes, if you need to change the video after you’ve received your boxes, it’s very easy to swap them out OR make each video personal.
CAN I DESIGN IT HOWEVER?
Yes, our Video Boxes are a blank canvas, you can put whatever you want on them. The only limit is your creativity.
FILE TYPE NEEDED FOR THE DESIGN?
If you are designing your own video box, you'll want to design directly onto our blank templates and send us the final ai file OR a print ready PDF. (Recommended PPI is 300) 
CAN I SPLIT MY ORDER INTO TWO DESIGNS?
Each order includes 1 design. If you'd like an additional design you can place another order.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER SIZES?
We only create 5x7 Video Boxes with 4 Inch Screens. We're a master of one, not a jack of all.

Once your design is completed, then we begin the manufacturing process. Each Video Box is printed and then assembled by hand. We take care of this entire process from start to finish. It Takes An Average of 2.5 - 3 Weeks to have your Video Boxes in hand.

BOX YOUR MESSAGE

This is a VIDEO Box... So the Video inside is crucial. Once your videos are completed, you can send them to us and we'll load them into your boxes for you, OR we can ship your Video Boxes to you empty and you can load them yourself. (It's just like loading a Flash Drive).
